Crap. I might have missed that one. That probably happened on the way to me from SeaChem. They didn't back it too well and the quickfit on the blue line had broken off (which is near the gauge) ... I replaced it and put in an extra one for good measure. I also packed it much better than it came to me.

If there are ANY problems let me know. Heck I will contact them anyway and try to get you a new gauge.

 

Don't worry about it Matt, a couple bucks at Lowe's won't hurt! Everything else is going great though. I'm thinking of ordering an inline TDS meter this weekend, thought it would be sweet to be able to check TDS at a push of a button.
I was thinking that it looked like to good of a packing job to get damaged!

 

I sent them a note all the same and gave them Scott's address.

Horton, did you order the one i did? If so, i had to tighten all the valves and re-teflon tape all of it as it seems they didnt want to waste their own.....but now its runnning and i cant complain
