    Sometimes that happens, membranes are man made and no one is perfect. Its nice when the vendor steps up and takes care of the situation.

    Trust me I now stuff happens I'm not upset at all they sent me a new membrane and di cartridge befor I even have had a chance to send back the membrane Great people could not give more kudos ;D
