First check to make sure there are no leaks.
If no leaks see if there is another faucet in your house that has better pressure. If not, there are pump that can increase the pressure but I think they are like $100 bucks.

At 20psi you will still be able to make water but it will be at a slower rate and your RO membrane wont be as efficient.
I ran my RODI unit at around 20-30 PSI when I was living in an apartment building.

Was the tap water or rodi water at 179? If it was the tap water you got the test results for thats pretty standard, I was around 200. The RODI water (the water you'll put in your tank) which should be 000.

I am an expert I used my first RODI unit yesterday 8)

Low pressure can cause you unit to not filter properly & give you tds on the far side as well.

It takes 40 psi to push water through a RO membrane with any efficiency at all. The lower the pressure the less efficient the membrane will be and at about 35 psi nothing goes through the membrane since the pores are too small and everything bypasses through the flow restrictor and waste line.
