New RODI.....I finally decided that going to the LFS every other week for salt water was getting old. So I bought a rodi unit. I did want to spend a lot of cash and my tank is only a 25 gal cube so didn't want a huge set up. I found a 4 stage 75gpd for around 70 bucks from titanwater pro. It has a decent membrain a dow film tech rated at 75....Used it yesterday. Great unit for the price.... I didn't get a tds meter so its hard to say how great the water is. But compared to the filter i used for top off water I know its go to be way better for my tank.

So if anyone is on the fence on rodi units and wants something more compact that dose not cost 140 bucks ...... i would check this company out. I ordered off the ecrater web side but titan water pro has its own site as well.

Well after looking at this company, it looks similiar to some other products, it uses 5 micron sediment cartidges, Ideally you would want more like 1. or Even .5 like spectrapure offers to prolong lifespan of your unit, For 70 bucks though, those filters can be repolaced cheaply. so not a bad deal.
