New room and sparkly clean tank!!!

After a good month or so of moving my room around for the painters and "carpeters" haha its finally in its final resting place. In a nice cozy corner. So, i ended up last night taking out all my bioballs and cleaning them and replaced all my filter media and scrubbed and scraped all the walls so theres not a spec of algae on the glass. the rocks came pretty clean too. i just scrubbed them a little where it was too much... o ya and i redid the aquascape and COMPLETELY cleared out the refugium... once i got all the macro out of it i syphoned out all the sand and now theres not a drop of sand in the 2nd chamber (easier said than done). as you can see in the picture. I did that because a skimmer going in there soon so i had to make room. Anyways heres a few pics of my room and clean tank.

Now that is my kind of tank! I love rock and think most are under stocked as far as rock goes. Keep posting as the tank progresses. Rock on!!

Dude. You're a teenage guy right? Your room is immaculate. I am very, very impressed. Your tank is great......don't get me wrong.....but what impresses me more is how clean and orderly your personal section of the house is. I am in awe. You should have seen what I grew up in. Not that I lived in a shoe-box at the bottom of a lake, but keeping my room clean was not high on the priority list.

Good job in both arenas buddy.

 

Very nice room and tank looks like it will be a lot of fun to create your reef in!
