new sebae anemone hidding

    hi,
    i just a a new sebae anemone a few days ago like 5 or 6. i put him on a rock with a little shade to get a feeling for my lights. well he had slid himshelf beind the rockwork and not not getting much if any light at all. this is my first nem and i no that they will tend to hind but i just wated to be sure cuz its a sebae.

    now on to tank info.

    26 mixed reef.
    150 MH
    1 year 2 months old.
    and if you guys need more just tell me, im to lazy to type all of this up now

    Nems are relllllyyyy cool animals (why i started salt) usually sebaes tend to be pretty tough to keep, and should be kept in a established tank, he's prob just gettin used to ur lighting. Just give him a bit, no touching, no feeding or bothering for a week

    i no i have got the basics down. im so exited i got a sebae that wasent bleached out

    Thts lucky, pretty much all the nems I get are somewhat bleached, but sebaes are beautiful when full grown, hope he does well, and when he comes out from hiding, some pics wud be great!

    ya they would but lights are out. and this one is huge, about 3 or 4 inches closed. the foot alone was over an inch

    Niceee, and nems are addicting! Try a h.magnifica next (gets huge) beautifullll though, but don't do well in captivity. Good luck

    i was almost thinking of doing a little maxi nem tank soon. like a ten gallon or so just filled with them

    I dont like maxis...I love the long tentacle type of anemones and the way they flow, but maxis do have some nice color
