I am about to start a new reef tank for the first time ever, and i want to know when you add your CUC? Do you add it before you add your fish? After you have fish? WHEN?

You should add your CUC right after the cycle.
thats usually when you start getting a lot of diatoms and stuff like that. at least thats what ive always done.

it's sort of personal preference, I added mine after the cycle but before fish and corals to help control some of the algae blooms that will be part of the overall 6 month to 1 year maturing cycle..
