    Ouch, for your sake I hope not. They should replace your unit asap, then fight UPS on their own time, not drag the customer into a finger pointing battle between corporates. Best of luck.

    I doubt it. My experiences with BRS have always been no questions asked, fixed and done.

    Well I just got my reactor in the mail and it was damaged in shipping too!

    Now I need to go find a nano rector for my 150ml of EcoBak Pellets.
