    i just got a new skimmer i am breaking in...it is a asm mini g...so far it hasnt skimmed anything yet but the people at asm say i have to give it a week before it really starts skimmin'...i got it for 90bux shipped!!!

    I've got the same skimmer but it is a different brand (v2Skim). I found a way to stop it overflowing as it happened to me once. I attached an air tube to the air inlet nozzle on the input pipe and put it through the hole on the collection cup lid. The hole was blocked with a small piece of plastic, I just removed this. The air tube is now about an inch within the collection cup. When the collection cup fills and reaches the pipe then the bubbles will stop, guaranteed to stop overflows, simple yet so effective! :)
