    That's about as close as I can get without getting a blurry picture... But I googled the Christmas tree worm and I think you hit the nail on the head. I think that's what it is. Is it reef safe?

    There great filter feeders, will not do any harm to other inhabitants.

    thefeather duster worm is in fact a christmas tree worm. I have 2 in my tank and they are pretty cool looking.

    Yeah they are pretty cool.

    I also noticed what looks like sea urchins as well. It's a shell on he coral with something like a feather moving back and forth kind of like the way you use your index finger when you gesture someone to come to you.

    Sounds like you're describing a barnacle.

    Lol yes... ur right... I mistakenly called it an urchin but a barnacle was the word I was looking for lol thanks.

    the christmas tree is a cool bonus..........I have never had one but they are safe and cool.....
