    A chalice. They were doing a deal where 1 chalice was $100, and 2 was......$150. So I went "No friggin way I'm not walkin out of here without both of those." Especially since the pink/blueish chalice was by far the nicest-colored chalice in the tank.

    Maybe 3 to 3.5 inches across. It was one of the bigger ones at the swap.

    Sweet deal! I kinda wish I got my derasa at a smaller size (mines around 6.5-7") But definitely a great piece to the tank!

    I think I had a brain fart when I put the clam in initially; I mean, parallel to the front glass? WTF? lol

    Also, by "one of the biggest", I mean it was the biggest. There was another of the same size at the the vendor, and a whole bunch that were tiny at another vendor; around 1.5 to 2 inches.

    mine is at an angle and doesnt like it when you try and situate him otherwise. but i can still see him so all is good.
