    i just got two led strips each having 24 led lights. As far as I know they really don't help my corals or hurt them, they just make them glow more. Is that true?
    I am also running two t5s 55w 10000K. I leave the T5's on for about 12 hours and I'm wondering if i just use the new strips at night or should i leave them on all the time?
