It took nearly a whole month for me to FINALLY get this fixture! they said it would get here in 5 days!!!!! I finally got it today! I love it! My previous fixture was just a regular canopy with 2 screw in mini compact flourescents and a blue LED strip. I removed the LED strip and placed it on this fixture onto the side with the 10,000K bulb! I tried two 10,000K bulbs with the LED strip but it didn't look nice at all, so I have one 10,000K, one Actinic and my blue LED strip, and it's at the perfect spectrum that I like and that I think the corals will like. the fixture came with 4 bulbs! One actinic and 3 10,000K... i thought it was just going to come with two, so that was a nice suprise lol. Anyway, so here is a pic of the tank with the fixture. I love it! What do you guys think? Good Spectrum? Do you think I could possibly keep a couple SPS under this lighting? I'm usually not a huge fan of SPS coral, but I think I may trade for one, maybe two just to say I have some lol. Is this enough lighting you think?

All the LED fixtures that I found that were available for a tank my size were all way too expensive! I had only a certain amount I could spend, and LEDs are so expensive :( I'll upgrade to LEDs some day though :p

Nice. I have the same light. Did you acclimate the coral at all?

I have some SPS and a clam under my 24" 4 bulb fixture, and they seem to be doing great so far!

No, I haven't acclimated... just got the fixture today so I'm just gunna cut back on the hours I keep the light on for now and then slowly increase it to what i had it at before for acclimation. If the corals aren't satisfied with that then I will have to change my methods :p lol. But I had them under this light today for about 4 hours and saw no ill effects or shock from the coral and they seemed actually more happy then earlier under the PC's so I'll check tomorrow after a few hours having the lights on... I may not even need to acclimate them depending on how they take to the lighting. It's only a dual bulb with a single 10,000K and one actinic so I wouldn't think it would be to dramatic for them. If I had gotten the 4 bulb version then I would be a little more cautious. :)

Tank looks great. You will be able to keep SPS under the lights. I do suggest acclimating the corals as T5HO are much stronger than PC lights, specially screw in bulbs.
