Here is what I ended up with..
    front to back
    UV lighting Super Actinic
    ATI blue +
    ATI Aquablue Special
    ATI blue +

So far I'm liking it. Seems like the Fiji Purp or the UV 75.25 in my 4 bulb set-up is too overwelming. Maybe in a 6 blub it would not washout the colors as much.

pics or it didn't happen. :)

Before the other bulbs heat up, the fiji purple will overwhelm the tank. let the fiji purple burn in for a few weeks. you may decide you love it.

lol, I will try and get some pics but with my crappy camera you can't tell too much of a difference. I had the fiji purple running for about 3 months. I liked it but the tank just seemed too pink. I wanted more of a blue hue.

I know what you mean. I love the look of the fiji purple when the bulbs first come on. Looks like the sun rising over the water with the redish look of the tank. However, It prevents the blue hue a bit in my tank.

got a 4 bulb and run from front to back

    actinic
    aquasun
    10k daylight
    blue +

Have every color in the rainbow and they pop pretty well. I agree with the rest. A 6 bulb kit would be ideal but I only have space for 4. Im happy with the color. I have the blue+ and 10k turn on first then the actinic and aqua sun an hour and a half later.

It's all about preference. Too me that is why to white. But you enjoy it. It's all in the eyes of the beholder. I was thinking of swaping out the Aquablue special for another Blue+.. 3 blue+'s and an super actinic.. lol VERY blue.
