after two years out of the hobby,Ive decided to get back in.Started making plans for what I want to do with my 40 gallon half hex but Ive always wanted a bigger tank.Today on an aquarium facebook page I found a 75 gallon tank, stand canopy, and led lights for $375.I cant get it until they move into their new bigger aquarium but that works out good because I need to work some overtime to pay for it.Im excited though, cant wait to get started.Im thinking its going to be a reef tank.for right now im going to set up a 10 gallon which will be my QT and start making some diy rock.

75 gallons is a great tank size, should provide plenty of fun for you!

    I'll be following along :)

If you want to get a fixture that you can use on the 10 gallon and move to the 75, I would think a reefbreeders value fixture or ebay d120 fixture should work. It may be too strong on the 10 gallon, however. Maybe if you hung it high enough.

I know that a 20 gallon long tank would definitely work under a stand with those dimensions. You just silicone the baffles in yourself. More costly options would either be to buy a pre made sump or have a sump custom built for your tank.
