    Yes they are. I have read about bad silicone jobs but tanks cracking is quite rare. Ime if you want the tank get it. There are very few aio out their right now. IM makes a nice tank for the price. If you have any problems with the tank they will take good care of you. The director of the company called me personally. Really its up to you though, hope I could help.

    Yes, I believe that mainly comes.into affect if you have a standing wave going. I was using it as a normal ph as it was mixing the salt I had put in.
