So i took down my old reef tank about a 3 months ago due to the fact that I didnt have enough time on my hands to keep up with it. So in october I bought a new Oceanic 14G Bio cube and I put the sand and water from my other tank into it and let it cycle for about two weeks. The water has been sitting in my tank for about 2 months now. I was wondering if i should go buy some snails and critters to help the tank cycle, or if I should just start completely fresh this time? thanks!

    Hey!

Sitting or circulating ?! If sitting, I would start with fresh water. What about its parameters?! NH3, NO2, NO3...?!

Start fresh and don't have inverts in the tank during a cycling as they will die!
    Good luck!
