    Ya, I'm in no hurry. I actually wasn't crazy about putting the three fish in so early, but couldn't say no. Hopefully that hasn't affected anything negatively. They're voracious eaters if that is a sign of anything!

    Pick up a bottle of 35ppt calibration fluid. You want to calibrate it as close to what you are testing as possible. If I calibrate mine to RO/DI water, it reads a couple points lower than if I calibrate it with 35ppt fluid. If this is the same with you, and I would put money on it, you are actually around 1.029.
