    not totally sold on that fixture yet cause the price is crazy! and as i said before i do love me some T5s :)

    I am a huge fan of T5's but you just can't get that ripple affect without halides, one of the reason's I am choosing both instead of one or the other.

    i dunno man...i went from straight metal halides to MH/T5 combo to finally just ditching MH's all together for straight T5's on my old tank. Since i switched to the 8 lamp T5's my SPS have NEVER looked so good!

    Well i changed my mind :) and have a light being shipped :) I went with the 10 lamp ATI Powermodule hehe!!!

    well it is 10 x 24w T5HO lamps so....240 watts but not like watts really mean anything. This fixture puts out 50% more PAR than most other T5 fixtures on the market which is what i care about.

    got a little more work done and i am gonna hang the light today :) My hats go off to jesse at elos! awesome customer service and great quality products to go right along with it! The skimmer that came with this setup is insanely top notch quality! the acrylic on the thing is like 1/2" thick! i swer this thing could take a shot from a 45 and still be fine! The tank is all starfire glass and thick as hell! The stand door opens up in such a way which makes the sump very easy to work in! I cant wait to fill this puppy up!
