    Any updated pics on the system and sump?

    Do you advise painting the back of the aquarium? I'm thinking not.

    Sorry i have been out of town for the last few days for my brothers wedding. Ill post you some pics of the sump and everything tonight or tomorrow.

    As far as painting the back...That is totally up to you. I took a piece of black foam board and taped it up against the back so if i ever decide to remove the background i wouldn't be sitting there trying to peal the paint and scratch the glass in the process.

    Yeah.....me too. I was going to ask if that was the new Elos system, but then I read through the whole thread. That sump combo is SICK!!!! Does it come with the Elos system or did you have to buy it apart? For what that system goes for, I can only assume that is comes with it. Nice bro, enjoy the new toy and how on earth are you going to post a pic of a new fish and not tell us the name of it. You should know better than that.:hehe:

    hehe thanks :) you can buy it as a system which includes everything! the stand, tank, all plumbing parts, pump for return and pump for the skimmer, the skimmer, and float switch /relay along with the pump and controller for the auto top off, as well as the sump itself. You can buy it piece by piece but it works out to be much more expensive that way.

    BTW the fish is a candy basslet :)
