    Thanks :)

Jim522, You dont need a big tank. The best thing i have ever done was getting rid of my 90 gallon and downsizing to this 55 gallon. Lately i have been really into those sweet nano setups loaded up with a million tiny fish haha!

Awesome looking corals-very nice color-Alot of mine looked like that (vivid color) under the lights from the sources I bought them from-part of the reason I upgraded lights-did not help-oh well.

    Again Beautiful stuff K+

What kinda lights are you running? where do you run your Alk, cal, and mag at? If you start seeing your corals lose color then the first few things i would look at would be daytime-nighttime temperature swings, Alk, and high po4/no3.

I dont have corals losing color, they just dont have the intensity I saw under the 400 watt or 1000 watt XM 20K bulbs
that the people or suppliers had were they were bought

    I have SPS 20K bulbs
    I have a dual 250DE 20K MH with 4-65 watt actinics
    My water has
    NO3-1
    PO4-.02
    KH 11
    CA 440-450
    MG 1350-1370
    SG 1.025
temp swings 75 at night to maybe 80 in the day if its hot around here -its been cooling so the tank stays around 77

Not sure what else I can do???

Check out the pics on my tank and let me know your thoughts.

    Tanks!
