Congrats and 200kg is way to much for a 100g even if it's very dense.

I disagree on this because I figure you got just under 100#'s of LR. You must be in one of those countries that use the metric system, most of us here in the U.S. stick with the standard gallons and pounds. Incognito may have been confused with the 200kg thinking it was pounds. Anyhow congrats on the new set up and try to get the picture posting figured out or everyone will be saying that you need to post pics.
If my calculations are wrong on the amount of LR I hope somebody will chime in here.

I just searched up that 200kg is 400lbs on google. If that is true then I would would go with about half of that. The fish need alot of space to swim and be free.

Thank You Aquariaman you are indeed correct. Incognito sorry for doubting you; you also were correct. I redid the calcs and went the wrong way with it, I am the one that was wrong. My most humble apologies.

Live rock used in the sump is generally there to break up bubbles and help mitigate salt creep where the water enters. A filter sock will achieve similar results.

Personally I don't like placing live rock rubble in the sump where it can get overrun with detritus, making maintenance more difficult. IMO LR goes in the DT only.

A kilo being 2.2 lbs., 220 lbs of LR for a 100 gallon tank should be a nice amount.

Agree here. that much rock is way overkill. unless it is extremely dense.

You are brave to use tap water, even with aquasafe added? Is the rock truely live or is it base rock? Sounds like this is your first tank? Perhaps you should dig up a few threads on cycling/starting a new tank?
