Hey all, I'm new to this forum but have been in the hobby for about 10 years. I have a sumpless 40Br and I just moved to Fort Myers Fl. I still need to take a new video of it, as I just got done with the move, but here's a video of my tank while I still lived in South Carolina:

Here are the specs at the time:

    Tank: Aqueon 40BR
Stand and Canopy: Unknown (I re-customed the canopy)
Light: Reeffiltration 120w 18k LED light fixture with custom hanging bracket.
Sand: Reef on the Rocks Aragonite
Rock: Reef on the Rocks Aragolite Box Kit (Home)
Water Movement: 2 X Vortech MP10 (One has a custom battery back up)
Filtration: Aerofuge (Medium, it has the Aeroforce skimmer included).
Fish Feeder: Hydor EKOMIXO plus Tom Aquatics Floating Feeding Station (modded)
ATO: Tunze osmolator pump used in custom set up. (I use Kalkwasser)

I have since updated and changed a few things, and I have a couple more projects to go:

    - A newly built canopy
    - An acrylic background (Will try black this time).

Here's hoping I can get a new video up soon!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Welcome to 3reef.

That is one very cool tank. I have always really like the look of 40B.

Very unique coral placement and scape. The Ricordia garden is sweet.

    Thanks y'all!

dellyjoe - I actually just took the top off the original canopy it came with, used a pipe bender and spray painted the pipe black, then set it into the sides of the old canopy using pipe wall clamps. Took very little time, but I am going to be making a new canopy to replace the one in the video. Its just going to be taller, match the new stand, and hide ALL the equipment (For now just the skimmer cup is visible).

N00ze - Nice! Join SWFMAS, I've met a lot of local people through there.
