new to hobby have overflow/return pump question

    I am adding a 29g sump/fuge to my 50g tank. I do not want to drill so i need to know which overflow and return pump will work good together? haven't started building it yet so help me before i make a rookie mistake!

    also tank is acrylic i plan on using weld on 4 to adhere baffles any recomendations or will this work good?
