    I use Craigslist, got my 90 gallon with stand tank and hood w/ light for $140 and my 55 with hood tank and stand for $75, just make sure you either have them put water in it or you see it with water in before you buy it to avoid getting a tank with leaks.

    Also, look for a local reef club in your area and check their classifieds. Local clubs are awesome for used equpiment.
