Well I ordered this light: reefbreeders

I ordered it with 90 degree optics for my 75 gallon reef. I was wondering how high it should be over the water and if I need to get rid of my tank lid or if I can keep it on. It is a glass lid. I know a lot of people use netting but I was wondering if it makes a difference.

I was told before that I can grow Sps and clams in the center and LPS and softies on the outside. Is that true?

I have never used an LED before so I dont have any idea how I should set it.

According to what I was told by reefbreeders, this should cover a 4 ft tank just fine. I'm going to order this for my 120 so when you get it, you gotta post a good review
