    Have you looked into doing a closed loop? Closed loops are nice so you dont have to clutter the tank with pumps and such.

    Closed loop is a way to create current in your tank using one larger pump as opposed to 3-4 powerheads. Here's an example.

    After further review I believe I'll add a small powerhead or two to get the flow I need. The problem with flow is to remember where the overflow is and direct the waste towards the overflow. My old 150 gal tank was tricky that way so I want to avoid that situation. I'll have to watch it closely and adjust where necessary.
