New to saltwater and don't know what these are!

    I got all sorts of stuff, the more I look the more I find. I got one hermit crab that I am aware of two or three sponges, and some red tube-like growth(looks more like a plant, will try to get a photo)

    And I can't remember what these are called. I have seen them in almost ever saltwater tank I have seen. They are pink/purple with green tips.

    Watch those rocks at night and you'll see a lot more hitchhikers!! :)

    It is really exciting the first time getting live rock, my kids and I spent lot of time watching and seeing all the tiny critters that were popping out!

    The tubes - I'd either say some type of algae, or hydroids.

    I keep finding more and more stuff. Today we found a baby blue sea star, and a sea cucumber.

    I get really excited when I find something new.

    I tried to get pictures but none turned out great.
