New to saltwater, got a hiker on rock need id

    Well i bought the rock two days ago...bag didnt have much water in it so it was exposed to air, how long would it take to die off? It still has its color, etc.

    you might get lucky.. just have flow hitting it. if the pores get covered with algae, I use my toothbrush to clean them. I also feed mine pythoplankton.. usally the tips will start to look tranparent/clear when they are dying.. if it spreads take a pair of clippers and cut that off.
