    looks like a palythoa or protopalythoa, but it is definately a polyp and not a pest anemone.

    I have one also, I went out and bought some zo's because of it. I feed the only one in my tank. When i feed the tank i slip it some and he closes around it when the cleaner shrimp tries to steal the food it closes tighter. I think I have too much time on my hands. LOL. Anyway, dont kill. Feed and enjoy. Also, nice looking tank.
