    HI EVERYONE IM TRACY.
Im having a major issue with my 34 gallon redsea max.Everything has been fine sence i started two months ago.The water has been fine, all normal rangesI have one clown,HAD 4 damsels now down to 2 ,i have two star fish 1 blue and 1 sand ,6 hermit crabs,1 gold banded shrimp,1 sabae anemone,1 green tip bulb,1 emerald crab,1 horse shoe crab, two mexican turbo snails,1 purple urchin, and some polyps, and a blue mushroom.Wow i think thats it lol.
Anyway like i said everything has been fine till two weeks ago,i think everyone caught ICH.So i got that stuff called ICH ATTACK 100% organic. I thooght everyone was doing better but found two dead damsels, now my poor clownys tail is half gone.
Im treating the tank twice a day now,i dont have another tank to put him in and i dont want to kill anything in the tank.
    Can anyone HELP?

well not to sound bad , you have way to much in that tank especially for only 2 months old.
That tank is also way to young for a anemone.

with that being said the only thing you can do is treat the tank for ich and make sure what you use is 100% reef safe, NO copper treatments.

    also Welcome to 3Reef.

    Wow...I agree. What a bummer.
    Well, again, with that said....
    You got troubles.
Did you cycle the tank...what type of filter was that?...what type of lighting...anenome has special requirements...especially a fully mature tank..as RHorton just touched on.
Need way more info on your current bio and params besides "everything is fine..
    What is your nitrates..amonia...ph etc.
Let us have some more info....possibly you can save it....possibly.
    Good Luck...send some pix also. : )

    I would recommend returning the

    • both star fish. Especially the blue one. That has got no chance of survival, I am sorry to say.
    • The anemone's. Those have an extremely thin chance. They really need an established tank (1+ year old) and proper lighting (and a good amount of experience to boot).
    • The horseshoe crab has 0 chance of survival in a tank that sized, IMO. Simply not enough ground for it to rummage for food.
I hope this isn't discouraging... If your LFS (pet store) told you all these were fine... well, they're after your money and we're not.

In that size tank, I would say 3 clownfish/damsel sized fish would be your max fish count. Anything more and you're overstocking the fish.

I hope I don't bum you out too much.

With that said, pretty much all tanks have ich. It's a matter of how strong the fish immune response is as to whether or not you'll ever see it. The number one thing for this is fish stress. An overstocked tank will quickly stress the fish.

Also, did you cycle? At all? This is unavoidable. If you skipped this, the tank will still cycle, only with all your inhabitants. Step one of cycle is essentially an ammonia spike which is lethal to most things in your tank...

Keep your chin up Tracy, these people here are extremely knowledgeable and will try their best to help you.
I Agree with everyone else. Peredhil gave good advice, return the stars and anemone. If that anemone dies the whole tank is a goner.
Please specify your water params and what kind of lighting, filtration, etc and if you can post pics we can help you ALOT better.
Try to be as specific as possible.
