I just got a new torch frag today! He's pretty sweet, he has brownish purple tentacles and light green tips. but his tentacles are still small. What type of feeding should i do for him, he's really only with zoas and an anemone so i dont already do any type of feeding except for chunks of fish and shrimp to the nem. oh, and can i scrape him of of that hideous porcelain square and glue him on a rock?

Congratulations on the torch, it's a cool colour morph. You could feed it tiny bits of shrimp like you do the anemone if you want to feed it. I think you can just glue the ceramic square it's on to a rock and the square will become encrusted with coralline algae, making it indistinguishable from the rock, good luck!

should i try target feeding with the slurry of raw shrimp that i make in the blender and freeze? I occasionally use this for my zoas and there usually are a few bigger chunks that the fish eat.

Feeding him a variety of foods once a week should be great for him! And trust me, torches grow really fast. As long as you've got good lighting and you're feeding him, he'll probably grow another head in about a month or so. Good luck!
