Wow.. Just cleaned out the sponges... swapped out the phosban media in the reactor and did a water change in an hour flat. I RULE! heheheh.... I love when I get lucky and nothing explodes. ;D :biggrinbo

heh. thanks. It's a silly post, but I get so proud when I don't spray water all over the walls and pumps don't jam. ;D

Silly posts are my favorite! :)

I know how you feel though. Any time that I clean out my tank and don't cause a flood or accidentally "frag" a coral, I feel like da reef bomb :)

Yeah I 'frag' corals all the time! ;)

That's too true about the shag. They don't mix with aquariums. In college I dropped a dead anemone into my shag carpet. YUCK!!

the only thing worse than a dead anemone is picking a dead anemone out of a powerhead after its been sucked in and died. That's nasty :-X

I have done weekly water changes on my 400+ system(4 tanks tied together by carefully adjusting pumps) by not once but twice, resetting the pumps incorrectly so the fail safe method of preventing overflows doesnt work...i wish i had a better way than multiple pumps running back and forth and having to slightly tweak the gate valves
