Couple quick questions, where should I stick the guy? I have a bubble coral and a duncan. Two clowns. Lots of flow in diff. places. Its been 30 min of acclimation and honestly he closed his polyps and he doesnt look like he did in the store, although nothing does when I bring it home the first day. suggestions? thanks

I'd put it low at first, depending on your lighting. Mine doesn't like like strong flow.Medium to low i would say.Careful, they spread like weeds! I put mine on a single island piece of rock.

My xenia thrive when the lights are out or just actinic. I think that lighting would be ok.

Lowish flow, on an "island" by itself (it can be invasive), middle height in the tank.

I don't know about 3Reef, but on my local forum, ASAP threads are broadcast to 100+ people who signed up as a subscription so they could help quickly with legitimately ASAP threads. Nobody wants tons of email because people post without regard to the place.

    Welcome to 3Reef.

i have never acclimated a single coral....just fish/inverts. but depending on your light just start on the sandbed. it is closed because all of the handling it has had.
