    Hey,
My yellow tang got ich and I just took him out of my DP and quickly made a quarantine tank. He seems to have his colour back and looks good. Just a few questions

Since he was in my DT tank, will his ich spread to my other fish? I only found a few small spots on him so should I take any precautions? I have corals and invert in my DT so I dont want to ruin the water.

Also, I only have a 10 gallon to quarantine my yellow tang. He is REALLY small but I am still worried for him because it may be too small. Any suggestions?

Part of ichs lifecycle does involve dropping off the fish and living in your sandbed so it is possible that it will spread to your other fish.

Once your other fish are healthy and eating well they should be able to fight it off. don't do any drastic, just wait and see what happens.
