I got a small frag for $10. It was pretty much dead after a couple days because my stupid damsel I USED to have kept picking at it and tossed it behind the rocks where I couldn't find it. Somehow the frag floated back out into the front, and I'm sure I saw only like 3-5 polyps left. That was maybe a month ago, and the frag seems to be quickly growing back, and now there are LOTS of polyps again! How fast do Zoos spread? In your guys' experience? Because the LFS guy said they're slow growers, but they seem to be coming back pretty rapidly!

When I purchase, I dont think in bulk, I think rarity and coloration. Buy stuff that will accent your tank nicely.

Yeah, they will reproduce quickly under good conditions. I have a few different types that spread like wild fire. One type started of with a couple polyps a little over a year ago, now they have taken over a 9" live rock. I'd say about 80 polyps now and growing!

my tank is pretty bare when it comes to coral. so anything will accent it well, and where i live everything reef is rare. lol

Here are a couple shots of my zoos. I put them in the tank on 3/5/06 as seen below.

And here is a shot from 5/23/06. I think they have grown quite fast. Mine are high in the tank. They are one of my favorites.. very cool looking.
