    New one here!

    Hi name is Kat, I have a 12 gal and a 75 gal salt water tank, also have my 37gal fresh water. My husband has his 55 gal. fresh water tank. He says sw is a pain. But I keep on with my salt water, i,m having trouble with HA and nitrates being high, my corals were doing bad so a friend is sitting, my fish are doing fine and my condy is good. The shrimp and inverts are good also. I have a 20 gal refugium and do frequent water changes, cut back on feeding and still don't see any change 75 gal is over two years old. It was aquired end of July beginning of Aug. and had nitrate issues prior. We changed the coral substrate to live sand two days after we brought the tank home. It came with about 55 to 70 lbs of live rock and we have about 110 lbs live rock now. Thanks for having me. Looking forward to chats. I work nights so i'm not on line often. Kat:)
