Newbie lookiong for equipment. 46 gallon bow front. Was wondering if this a good skimmer for the money?

(Do the location of my tank, Hang on the back is the only type of skimmer I can use. Plan to do a full coral reek tank. Thanks in advance.

I'm on abudget and if I can get a deal used I would much rather do that, however I only want to buy used if it's a quality product or a product that will get the job done efficeintly.

That price is ridiculously high. New that run about 100 and some places charge even less. I would look into some of the new reef octopus hang ons or even the warner marine hang on. Visit www.salysupply.com for options and prices.

I use to have one and was fairly happy with it...until I got my new one and saw how awful a job it did. I honestly think you should stay far away from that skimmer.

It should work fine. I have one on my 26 for 18 months now and it has done quite well for me.
