    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I was under the impression she was frustrated regarding the treatment and information she was getting from the individual doing her tank maintenance as well as the cost involved. Advice offered fell under the realm of suggesting she empower herself to care for the tank rather than be taken advantage of.
