I think with 30x your tank volume should be good for the corals you listed and when you get SPS 50x-70x is good, some people even go to 100x. So I would recommend 2 Koralia Evo 1050gph powerheads, you can find them here

IME, it is hard to keep a tank with say, mushrooms and birdsnest (softy and SPS) because they like different flow. while the shrooms like fairly still water the SPS like quite the current. for now I would agree with Brennan to the extent that you can always upgrade. I personally would start with two K3's if your going to start with the softy and LPS route. the only reason i say K3 as opposed to its Evo equivalent is that you can get them for far cheaper and it lets you experiment much more. good luck to you sir

Well, i can definitely tell you the answer! I have half SPS and half LPS and you have to get the flow "PERFECT" for everyone to be happy. I have 2x1400 evolution hydor pumps and one 1x1200 pump. It will probably take you a while to get it perfect but in the end it will look beautiful! You LPS will probably need moderate and can sometimes go a little higher. The SPS's need the most strong postition in the tank. They actually almost need a wiplash of water. They don't want any debris on there branches and in the wild they are found in shallow areas wich have tons of flow. IMO
