    My suggestion is decide, before you even start, whether you are going reef or FO/FOWLR. It will make a huge difference in $$$ with a tank of that size and it will also make life easier. Setting up a FO tank, buying supplies for it, stocking it and later deciding to go reef...not fun with that size of tank. It would be close to starting from scratch.
