    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Not all sand beds are intended to be stirred.
    Someone might come along with a deep sand that has not been stirred in a year, proceed to stir that established sand bed and release all kinds of Hydrogen Sulfide, painfully nuking the tank.

    haha, well eventually I'd like to get one or two more agressive fish that might just do that job for me. ;)
