    I have the AquaC Remora Pro w/ the overflow, and so far its been nothing but a breeze. Between the CPR and the Remora, i would say you could'nt go wrong with either choice. Next step up would be an in sump skimmer, which if you have the space for, would be the ideal setup for any reef tank. During the cycling period, I would suggest you READ, READ, and READ. The more you read the better off your tank would be, and the less you would spend.

    i think we have the same tank, 46 bow. For my skimmer i have the octopus bh 800s, works great
