Well after a short trip to Home Depot and about 20 bucks the light it's up and I'm honestly very satisfied with the way it turned out.

Now I'm having a new problem :( my AI sol is ruining with out a controller right now so it is on full power. We'll when I plug it in it stays on for about 10 mins then the cooling fan will turn on and the fixture will dim down to about 10% then it just slowly turns off. I contacted AI customer service but this is a used fixture so I'm not to sure how much they will help me. I feel like the fixture is turning off because it is over heating but why so fast? Why is it doing it over and over? If anyone has any experience with this any information will be greatly appreciated

I have been exchanging emails with AI all day they are being extremely helpful. They seem to think that the fixture is overheat which was my guess also. The have me running some test on the fixture to get a for sure answer. Hopefully they will be able to fix this problem without hurting my wallet to bad lol

It's good to hear that AI is providing quality support to you regardless of the fixture being second hand. Hope they come up with a solution to get you back up and running. Good luck.

I was very happy with AI's customer service . The unit is over a year old so the unit is no longer under warranty but they still helped my diagnose the problem fairly quickly. Turns out the power supply is burned out so all I have to do is order a new one :)
