    I guess I kinda jumped the gun, I used 100% live rock and live sand. Waited about a week and a half, then tested the tank. I'm hoping its just shy, the tiger pistol shrimp was about the same size as the yasha. I don't know if that could be a problem or not.

    Your tank is probably not fully cycled.I wouldn't add anything else .Check tank daily for ammonia and nitrite.Jumping the gun in this hobby is dangerous.Good luck.

    I guess I got impatient. Figured if it did have a cycle it would be a smaller one since its basically the same thing that happens when you upgrade tank sizes. Take the live rock from one tank and add it to another tank with new live sand...

    If that was the case no one would have to wait.LR and sand will help but you still must wait to be sure you have enough of the right kinds of bacteria in the proper ratio.When doing a tank swap that has already taken place.Patience is essential ime.;)
