This morning I looked and instead of being on separate cyano patches they were snuggled up together on one. Hopefully after the cyano is gone they'll dive in the nem.

Haha. Nice. I get my clowns to host anything. Had them for about a year now. Tank raised bw. Occelaris. Tank is looking good.

So I think my rbta is in my ywg territory and he's keeping the clowns out of its territory. Sux BC ywg are almost impossible to catch without pulling all the rock...

I moved one rock tonight hopefully taking the rbta out of the ywg territory. If I have to I'll move the rock the rbta is attached to but that's gonna be my last resort. I don't want it to wander around anymore, finally seems to have settled down. Judging by what I've seen of my ywg, I'm gonna say its a mean one. Seems to "own" pretty much the entire middle of the tank. May have to move the tank here soon and if I do then I'll be catching the ywg when I semi break the tank down to move it.

I moved the rock the anemone attached itself to forward tonight. Seems my ywg has taken up a pretty large foot print. Hopefully I moved it far enough to be out of its territory. We'll see, also moved the picture closer to the nem. Might print out a different picture to see if I have better results.

Ywg territory is pretty much the whole interior of the "cove" and extends almost to the glass. Encompasses the Duncan and rbta. I just peeked around the corner and before it saw me it was hovering between the Duncan and the rbta. [IMG]
And a pic of the picture I've been using to train them.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !

You know if the BTA does not work out you could get an anemone that those clowns are compatible with in nature.

Here is a link to the chart:

    Clownfish Database

I have been doing some reading on the topic and it's far more common for a lot of clowns to never take to BTAs'.

Here I thought it was just some of my clowns.

Almost all my clowns took to carpet anemones quickly, as in a matter of days.

Awesome thanks, I just thought that they would, seeing how my other clowns took to a gbta. Then again they aren't the same clowns. I'll look into carpet anemones thanks again.
