I am having high nitrates problem and algae i think its because i have to many fish so i am going to take them and put them all in a bigger tank if i just let the tank sit for a couple weeks with only live rock crabs and snails should all the problems go away

How big of a tank, and how many fish? Are you doing regular water changes? Do you have a skimmer?...a lot can be going on to give you high nitrates.

The triggers will definitely out grow that tank. How large are they right now and what are your nitrates at?

I would say a skimmer with Triggers is the closest thing to a necessity you can have. Do you have a sump with Chaeto/Macro algae? I would also try running some bio pellets and step up the water changes to weekly. Do this for a month and see if it helps
