    These four posts show why this thread is NOT going no-where. The thread gives information for new hobbists to what some of the definitions they may encounter and why they are defined so. I.e. Saltwater vs Tropical Vs Marine fish.

    You know I used to think the same think. Tropical meant to me fish from S. American, not Marine Fish.

    Any who, if you go to forums you should find what you're looking for.

    If this is just a general question it can go under general.

    I appreciate the feedback all the same.

    In hindsight going with marine fish would have been more clear as hobbyist do tend to mean freshwater with tropical fish although it means both:

    Confused? Yeah I was too.

    I may change it down the road.

    When I first joined I also thought Tropical Fish was for freshwater :)

    I would be ok with you changing it to Marine Fish.
