No Food for fish!?!

really!? do they just feed off of pods or what???

A good friend of mine who got me into the hobby only feeds his fish like once a week every 2 weeks? Hes got clowns, a tang, mandarian, and a blenny (fish wise). He rarely ever feeds his fish, unless hes showing his tank to someone and hell throw in a few pellets to watch everything come out. But his fish are plump as can be, and hes had his tank for about 5 years.

 

my lfs told me the same thing. but i decided to do my own feeding schedule so i started off once every day for a while, then after a month or two doing that i changed to once every other day, and after a month doing that i have changed it to once every three days and i will stick with this.

I guess it just depends on your fish and how much you feed them, with me only feeding them once every three days i feed them a little bit more than i would if i were to feed them every day or every other day
