    The only down side about these corals is that they have strong toxin which affects humans. If I see any mucus on them I stay away from the water. My hand will start to burn, sting just from the water.

    Some are far more sensitive to them, them most. It may not even have any traces of the toxin left, you could simply be allergic to the slime. I've man handled thousands of pieces of wild stock of these, never had any reaction. The epizoanthids from Baja are a different story though, my arms tingle after unloading shipments of them :D Sponges are my worst enemy though.

    I'm allergic to gracilaria, my arm breaks out in hives upon contact with water containing it :( And I sell/grow the stuff commercially :(

    In a few weeks, Mermaid Aquarium will have a few frags for sale, of mine :D

    The permit that we've been waiting on for nearly 5 years is nearly upon us. Soon they'll be available all over :D

    Sweet, i cant wait to get some of those beasts. and by the way thanks for the lighting tutorial on the lumenarc system. ;D those icecap ballasts spark the bulbs beautifully in the reflectors. i may have to get in touch with you again about lighting my 50gal reef.:eek:
